Service · SaaS Product Audit

Find the specific reason your SaaS metrics are flat.

A two-week, fixed-price audit for B2B SaaS teams stuck on activation, retention, or expansion. We diagnose what is actually broken and leave you with a prioritized fix plan, not a slide deck.

When the audit fits

You shipped a SaaS product. The signup flow works. Activation is below the rate your model needs, or activation is fine but retention drops at month two, or retention holds but expansion revenue never arrives.

Your team has theories. The CEO thinks the onboarding is broken. The PM thinks it is a missing feature. The CSM thinks it is the pricing tier. Engineering does not have time to instrument enough to know.

You do not need a long engagement. You need a senior team to come in, look at the product without internal politics, look at the data, talk to the right users, and tell you which theory is right.

That is what the audit is.

What you get

01

A diagnosed primary failure mode

Not a list of issues. The specific point in the product where the metric is breaking, identified with evidence from user data, session replays, and structured user conversations.

02

A prioritized fix plan

Three to five fixes ordered by impact and effort. Each one scoped concretely enough that your team or ours can build it without re-discovering anything. The fix that matters most is at the top.

03

A fixed quote for the top fix

If you want us to ship the top-priority fix, the audit ends with a fixed quote and timeline. If you want to ship it internally, the brief is detailed enough that you can. No retainer either way.

What the audit actually does in two weeks

Days 1-3. Kickoff. Stakeholder interviews. Instrumentation review. Data access. We look at the funnel data you already have and identify the steepest drop-off worth investigating.

Days 4-8. User research. Five to seven structured conversations with users in the relevant lifecycle stage. Session replay review. Quantitative analysis of behavioral patterns around the suspected drop-off.

Days 9-12. Synthesis. Hypothesis verification. Draft of the fix plan. Internal review with you.

Days 13-14. Final readout. Decision document. Prioritized fix plan. Fixed quote for the top item if you want us to build it.
