Documented end-to-end. The actual workflow as it runs, including the parts nobody talks about. Where the handoffs happen, where work stalls, where information gets lost between systems.

A focused build list, if any

Most engagements identify one or two small product changes that unblock the redesigned workflow. We quote those at a fixed price. Often the answer is "no build needed" and we say so.

How the engagement runs

Week 1. Observe. We sit with the team doing the work. We map what actually happens, not what the org chart says happens. We identify the steps where work stalls or quality drops.

Week 2. Diagnose. We isolate the specific friction. Workflow handoff problem. Tool not used. Decision that nobody owns. Wrong role doing the wrong step. We write it down.

Week 3-4. Redesign. We design the target-state workflow with the team that has to run it. We prototype it on real work. We hand you the redesigned workflow, a change-management plan, and any small build list needed to support it.
