The Product Clarity Sprint is the entry point to every Comet Studio engagement. A focused two weeks at a fixed price that produces a decision document, locked scope, and a fixed quote for any build that follows. Starts at $3,000.
When this is the right engagement
You have a product question that is going to cost you weeks or months of build effort if you get it wrong. You need a structured, time-bounded way to make the decision before the team commits.
Common shapes: a feature scope is contested across stakeholders and someone has to call it. A rebuild is being debated and the team is not sure whether it is the right call. An AI feature is being designed and the model-to-product gap has not been thought through. A SaaS metric is flat and the team has three theories.

What you receive

A decision document
A clear, signed artifact. The product decisions that were made. The trade-offs that were considered. The decisions that were explicitly deferred and why. Usable by anyone who reads it; not a deck that requires the author to interpret.

A scope that the team can actually build against without re-litigation. Edges are explicit. Things that are out are written down as out. The kind of scope that survives the first uncomfortable demo.

If you want us to build, you leave the sprint with a fixed price and a fixed timeline. If you want to build internally, the scope is detailed enough that you can. Either way you know what comes next and what it costs.
How the two weeks actually run
Days 1-3. Kickoff. Stakeholder interviews. Existing-state diagnosis. We look at what is built, what is shipped, what the data says, and what the team disagrees about.
Days 4-7. Assumption validation. Structured user conversations, behavioral data review, technical option exploration. We test the assumptions underneath the build before they get baked into scope.
Days 8-11. Decision drafts. We write the decision document, surface trade-offs, and put recommendations in front of you with the reasoning that produced them.
Days 12-14. Final readout. Locked decisions. Documented trade-offs. Fixed quote for any build that follows. You leave with an artifact, not a slide deck.
What it costs
$3,000 for the standard two-week sprint. Fixed price. No retainer. Engagement value clear on day one.
Engagements with more stakeholders, more existing-state to review, or larger scope can be quoted higher. The structure is always fixed price, not hourly. We will tell you up front if your situation is larger than the standard sprint.
If after the sprint you decide not to proceed, there is no further obligation. The decision document stands on its own as a deliverable.
