Every engagement has a defined scope and a fixed price agreed before any work begins. We don't bill by the hour and we don't take on open-ended work. Price is determined after the diagnosis stage based on actual scope — not estimated time, not team size.

Scope is locked. Price is fixed before this stage begins. Weekly demos. Full IP ownership from day one.

Adoption

We stay until the new way of working actually takes hold.
