How we work across time zones
We operate primarily on India Standard Time with structured overlap to other regions: 3-4 hours daily overlap with US East Coast (mornings IST / evenings ET), 5-6 hours with UK and Western Europe, and full overlap with Singapore, Australia, and the Middle East. We respond to client communication within 4 working hours during overlap windows. Weekly demos, decision logs, and async updates mean progress is visible whether or not we are in a call.
